Membership Terms and Conditions

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your membership to EarnAsYouGive.com ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use your membership for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By registering yourself as a member of EarnAsYouGive.com, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must not register yourself as a member of EarnAsYouGive.com.
EXCLUSIVE MEMBER BENEFITS You must be a member of EarnAsYouGive.com in order to purchase our products, make use of our portal services and participate in our rewards programme.
MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
Registration for membership can only be done via online registration at the Website. Registration is through a gift URL link from an existing member. An email authentication is required before you can complete the registration.
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT
Member's account management is done online through the member's portal on the Website. If your registered information has changed, please update the details promptly.
CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP SCHEME
We can change the terms & conditions of the membership scheme at any time. We will notify you of such change upon your next logged in to the member's portal. If you continue your membership, you are deemed to be agreeable to the new changes.
MEMBER REWARDS PROGRAMME
1. All members are eligible to participate in the Member Rewards Programme ("MRP"), upon fulfiling the rewards programme qualifying criterias. Details of the rewards programme including the qualifying criterias are exclusive information for members only and can be found within the member's account portal.
2. The rewards programme may include but not limited to monetary gains for the member.
3. Rewards awarded to you as a member is a privilege and not an entitlement. We reserve the right to change, replace or remove the rewards at anytime without notice.
4. Enrolment into the rewards programme are automated upon the fulfilment of the set criterias. If you do not want to participate in the rewards programme or are subjected to legal jurisdictions preventing you from participating as an individual, you should not register yourself as a member or you should not proceed to claim any rewards by activating a withdrawal transaction.
5. If a member is deemed ineligible for a reward after a reward has been disbursed, or a reward has been wrongly given to the member, the member is expected and required to return the overpaid amount less any administrative fees involved, immediately upon discovery of such.
6. Earnings Disclaimer
  While we make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent all the products and services reviewed on this website and their potential for income, it should be noted that any earnings made via EarnAsYouGive.com are estimates only of what we think you can potentially earn. There is no guarantee that you will earn any amount at all and you accept the risk that the earnings differ by individual. Your results may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. Any testimonials and examples used are only for educational and illustration purpose, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. There are some unknown risks in online business that we cannot foresee which could reduce results you experience. We are not responsible for your actions or any other unforeseen actions by external parties beyond our control. 7. Earnings Cap
  - Daily earnings shall be capped at a maximum limit of USD10,000/day.
  - Monthly earnings shall be capped at a maximum limit of USD300,000/month.
  Any earnings beyond the caps shall be forfeited. EarnAsYouGive.com reserves the right to revise the Earnings Cap at any time without giving notice.
8. Earnings Withdrawal
  - To procced with withdrawal, a minimum withdrawal amount (after deduction of fees) must be above USD50.
  - Earnings shall be disbursed to the member via bank transfer from the bank account of EAYG ENTERPRISE, the owner of the website.
  - Member shall provide accurate banking information in order for a bank transfer to be successfully processed.
  - EAYG ENTERPRISE is not responsible for unsuccessful earnings withdrawal due to incomplete or incorrect banking information provided.
  - EAYG ENTERPRISE will only transfer to internationally recognised banks that provide SWIFT CODES and/or IBAN, and bank accounts of a limited list of currency types in global circulation. EAYG ENTERPRISE shall inform member of any unaccepted bank account and Member shall be responsible to open an accepted bank account type in order for the earnings withdrawal to proceed.
  - All withdrawals are subjected to administrative fees, which is a percentage of the withdrawal amount, as follows:
  1. less than < USD100 : 10%
  2. between USD100-USD4,999 : 6%
  3. between USD5,000-USD9,999 : 3%
  4. more than > USD10,000 : 2%
  - Further fees may be imposed due to unsuccessful transaction and shall be deducted from the member's withdrawal amount.
  - EAYG ENTERPRISE reserves the right to stop or cancel all withdrawal requests due to repeated unsuccessful transaction attempts and/or suspicious accounts, indefinitely.
9. We can change the structure of the rewards programme, the qualifying criterias or remove the rewards programme entirely at any time without giving notice.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
1. You may cancel your membership with us at anytime by sending an email to customerservice@earnasyougive.com requesting for a termination and deletion of your account.
2. We reserve the right to cancel your membership under the following circumstances:
  - your account is idle for a period of 2 years.
  - we have reasons to believe it is inappropriate for you to remain as member with us.
  We reserve the right to cancel an individual's membership in such circumstances without any notice.
3. We may keep some of your registered information for the purpose of audit trail to past transactions that you may have carried out with us via the Website. Our Website Privacy Policy will continue to protect these information.
MEMBERS PRIVACY POLICY
1. In order to be a member, we may require that you provide personal information including your full name, residential address, contact numbers, nationality, gender, date of birth and email address. These information are required so that we may know who you are as an individual in order for us to carry on any legal business dealings with you. We will commit to keep your personal information confidential and we will not disclose the information to any third parties, except for administrative purposes or in cases warranted by the jurisdiction of the statutory legal authorities.
2. As a member, we will display your first name on certain web pages to show your affiliation with other members. Other members will be able to see your first name if they are affiliated to your Gift Network. No further personal information about you shall be displayed.
POLICY ON GIFTS, MESSAGE SENDING, SPAMMING, AND HARASSMENT
1. As a member of EarnAsYouGive.com, we provide you with the online service to purchase our products and to send your purchases as a gift to others. When you decide to send an item you have purchased to someone, we provide a service for you to send a message to your intended recipient to accept the gift. The intended gift recipient will receive a notification message from customerservice@earnasyougive.com notifying him/her about the gift from you. This notification will include your name as well as an optional message which you may include to personalise the notification. The recipient will have a choice whether or not to accept your gift.
2. When you decide to send a gift to someone, you agree:
  1. Not to expect anything in return from the gift recipient for accepting your gift.
  2. Not to send rude or offensive messages to anyone using our messaging service.
  3. Not to force or harass your intended recipient to accept your gift.
3. Spamming is the act of excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish to an individual or mass. EarnAsYouGive.com takes a serious view against spamming and will not condone any of its members spamming in relation to the information or service provided by or involving EarnAsYouGive.com. If we receive a complain from anyone about you relating to the above, we will cancel your membership.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold EarnAsYouGive.com, its Owners, employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against EarnAsYouGive.com arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your membership with this Website.
SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Singapore and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
